Nice place with a good spa. The bar and restaurant are also cozy. Very good location.

I stayed there for 21 nights and it was simply disappointing. They claim to be a so-called “Superior-First Class” property, showing the official 4 1/2 star placard at the door. They don’t have either valet parking or bellman service to start with. The worst part is the beds. You basically have to sleep on nearly floor level, for elderly people or people with disabilities it’s almost impossible to get up without assistance. My mattress was of cheap quality, pillows were worn out and flat. Another thumb down: room cleaning. Glass tables weren’t wiped for weeks, trash bins remained uncollected for up to 5 days, bed linens have not been changed for days, a used coffee pot left untouched on the nightstand for over a week. Thumbs up for decent breakfast but thumbs down for mostly overcrowded breakfast restaurant. (Self)-Parking fee is $22 per day but they give you a 50% discount when you stay over a longer period. Overall, I would rather not return again, there were simply too many issues.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location. Breakfast and bar dining were exceptional.

Stayed three nights as a break from a one month stay in Berlin. The hotel is modern and well maintained and staffed. Mostly business people and some tour buses, but is large enough to still feel intimate. I loved the pool and fitness centre. My room was large and extremely clean. The included breakfast was great, almost too many options, but all of good quality. The area is quiet, but found it was a simple walk to SanSouci Palace... and the amazing gardens. The walk to the old city was a safe and easy eight minutes... great eating and shopping area in the old city. I also found a nearby Russian restaurant that was a highlight (Matschkes Gallery Cafe). Very good German style hotel, quiet relaxing and worth a stay.

Lovely hotel with good access to town

The main reason that I’d chosen this hotel was the availability of A/C. The hotel is ok, modern on the good old standards. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big.

Great hotel, bar staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. The reception desk staff were also excellent. Loved the free drinks for declining room service helps the environment and gets me a free beer. Lol. Breakfast, room service and bar meals were really good. We would use this hotel again.
