Holiday Inn Bristol Conference Ctr

Not enough towels a d wash cloths in room. Only partial role toilet paper with no spare. TV's were older and picture on one in sitting area not clear. Room too small to call suite. Had to move all most furniture in living area to open sofa sleeper. Very quiet and everything appeared clean. Was pet friendly which was reason chosen. Staff friendly.

This was a very nice stay. Reasonably priced rooms with friendly staff and nice, neat, clean rooms. It was very convenient being able to bring my pets as well

From the highway noise to the dogs in the hallway to the construction (adhesive?)fumes blowing in via the bathroom vent, this stay was a nightmare. After 2 room changes i left and went to hotel next door.

Renovation mess, highway noise, long walk to drag luggage into hotel.

We just stopped for the night while driving through, so no amenities were used. The bed, however, was comfy and the room was clean and a decent size. It appears that the hallways and lobby are being renovated as there was no furniture or moldings...but still all clean and tidy!

It was wonderful and clean. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast bag was incredible for being in a pandemic

The morning desk clerk had no personality. She was less than cooperative when I requested a receipt. It was clear the location was under renovation, but no signs posted. No form of breakfast available, but regular prices charged.

Despite that the hotel is undergoing renovations, the room itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. Love having the kuerig in the room. Breakfast was good too but should probably be free for guests because you’re eating in a boardroom as opposed to a restaurant

Under renovation but not our room even though we we told it had been completed. Noise was unbelievable. Property is right next to the interstate with no noise abatement. Felt like we were standing in the middle of it as Trucks sped by all night. Even though the hotel had few customers we we placed in a room with an adjoining room. They kept their TV on loud until at least 1:00 AM. Again no noise abatement between rooms. Terrible experience.
