Excellent. The only thing missing were the towels. The room had one wash rag upon arrival, had to call down to the desk and request all of the towels. Service was prompt

Elevator was out of service when we arrived, had been out for 10 days and with small children had to change rooms from 3rd floor to 1st. Room seemed like it had not been thoroughly vacuumed, and fixtures were in bad condition. Hallways had an old musty smell.

The bedspread had stains on it. The elevator was broken. When we pulled up, there was a police car outside and no one came to the front desk for several minutes. The bathroom toilet ran water the entire time. The shower had a sharp piece of plastic in it that my son stepped on. The hotel itself was pretty creepy.

Pros: great size for family of 6-8. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and the ability to cook if you’d like. Location-close to Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington area, shopping and restaurants. Cons: no towels in room. No frying pan. Floor was disgusting. Our kids feet were black moments within being on the tile and carpet in the room. Even after giving them a bath or cleaning them, they were instantly black again. There was someone else’s hair still in the shower as it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The halls were dirty as well with bags of trash and towels outside peoples doors (stayed two nights and they were there both days/both nights). The 2nd floor smelled like pot which isn’t the hotels fault. The entry way to our building was dirty. The tile had sticky stuff on it both days we were there. There was trash all over the parking lot and the trash cans outside were over flowing. There was a lot of people at the pool both nights that were very loud and stayed that way well after the pool closed. Overall the stay was comfortable, but they need to do some serious deep cleaning.

It was a little noisy at night. It finally got quiet around midnight. The elevator was not working. Which was a bummer.

Staff was very accommodating. Excellent service. Room was very nice for our group which got stranded due to cancellation of flight. Perfect !

The place was great. Im not sure if the houseskeeping was extra, but when i wanted fresh towels and linens I was to bring my old down to the lobby and swap them. That was just crazy to me never have I had to do this even in some not so nice hotels.

This property was amazing in location, cleanliness, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us on our stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I will not hesitate to book again.

This is my new favorite hotel & will be my new go-to. I absolutely loved it. Fireplace is pretty and definitely did it’s job. The lay out was great. It was gorgeous, and spacious. It was also extremely functional. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed (minus the food lol) which I appreciated. Dishwasher is available, in case you run out of dishes. No need to hand wash. There was even an ice maker, and once we turned it on, it worked very fast. It was clean. All my expectations were exceeded. This was nicer than my honeymoon hotel! Highly recommend.
