Hampton Inn Greenville I-385 Woodruff Rd.

Staff was nice. Room was clean and sealed when we arrived. We love Hampton Inn and like that breakfast is included. I was a little disappointed in the selection for breakfast. Cold cereal or a box with a bagel and boiled eggs. I’ve been to other HI with many more options since covid began.

Staff friendly and helpful. Showed concern about my shortness of breath. Very kind people at check in and check out.

Close to everything. We were minutes from shopping and food. Just off one of the main business streets.

Highway noise very loud. Lobby was small and the breakfast was pitiful, I'm assuming because of Covid. Never could find anyone working at the front desk. To access the pool you had to go out the front entrance which was kind of weird. Room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. Surrounding area has everything including LOTS of traffic.

Wonderful location, near plenty of restaurants and fun. The room was very kept and clean there is an area to set up your computer and handle business if need be. Staff was super nice and attentive. Recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

I was woken up at 4:20am by the person in the next room. Switched rooms at 4:30am. The housekeeping staff ran the vacuum at 9:30am hitting the walls, waking guest up including myself. When check-out time was three hours later at 12pm. I was told by the front desk at Hampton Inn that a refund would be issued.
