The room Screams out how long can you go without a refit. Spend some money please Down to the Tiny TVs with volume you cannot hear , everything is worn out. The shower head fulling off, because the holder, was worn out 6+years ago, upstairs shower handle fulling off, and leaking out. Beds saggy impossible to sleep in. Ceiling Fan noisy. Building is grand, staff are good, but Heritage group should be embarrassed to present this to 2020 customers.

If you have lot of luggages, consider before your booking. As you have to carry your luggages up about 5 steps. Others fine

great hotel for a one night stay close to nice restaurant area

We loved our stay here - very clean and comfortable. The light and airy suite was conducive to a most relaxing weekend and so close to everything we needed.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for a girls weekend. Such an amazing property, just beautiful. Loved every minute of it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A great hotel in an excellent location

Arrived to check-in, reception has moved to a room down the hall, which is not at all welcoming. Suite was great, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly.

We had a two storey suite. The bed was really comfortable and the restaurant downstairs served the best Calamari. Loved the old world look of the hotel and the swimming pool was warm and good to exercise in. We loved it!

Easy check in, valet parking and a wonderful spacious room. Easy walk to stores and supermarket. Would stay here again
