La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Cary

Had to stay there while my apartment got renovated. Had a nice comfy king size bed and a tv. Everything

Starting to fall apart. Got stuck in bathroom because the door sticks. 4 nights of disturbing people. Police were called twice on one night. Stayed for 9 nights no cleaning service at all. Took our trash out ourselves. I will stay elsewhere next year.

Friendly staff , quick checkin/out the room was clean, and the bed amazingly comfortable . I will definitely come back

This has been our go to hotel when in Cary NC. We were disappointed to see just how run down it is. The couch in our room had a large rip in it with the stuffing exposed. The walls were nicked and banged up. Also the pillows were tiny like accent pillows and we got 3 for our king sized bed. So who gets left woth one pillow? After this being our go to for 10 years we wint be back.

Great customer service. It is a nice looking place

The hotel and staff where great. But it’s upsetting that breakfast and pool/hot tub are advertised but not available. I wish I would have know all that I would have stayed at a cheap motel with all the same stuff I was able to use here. I get that we are in Covid-19 times but that should be noted and the pool/hottub/breakfast shouldn’t be advertised.

Overall, it was pleasant but it could have been better. Because you stayed at one LaQuinta Inn doesn't mean all will be the same. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke and vomit. It's like someone tried to mask the odor. The young lady at the front desk didn't mind moving me to another room. That room smelled better and the only issue I had was getting bit by something. I know it wasn't bedbugs because I would have had to go to the ER if it was. It was some other type not sure. I just know there were three bites on my neck. I still have them today and as long as I don't scratch they will continue to fade away. I think the third day I notice ants on the table by the window. They weren't coming from the window but up through that hole where the lamp cord was. I didn't see anymore after I sprayed this orange disinfect spray that kills germs. It was room 416 and outside of that it was pretty quiet on that floor. The staff was pleasantly nice and provided great customer service. I normally stay at the one by the airport which is very nice. This was my first time at this one and I probably won't stay again. You can smell the moisture in the air and that's probably why those tiny worms are in the building.

The room size was very generous and the room and property was very clean

Very clean and quiet. Easy access to I40 and the airport.
