No complaints

I booked a room here to attend a small birthday gathering which my friends were holding in a suite on the same property. Everything was fine except the clerk who repeatedly came to each room saying there were noise complaint. She made unnecessary comments that made all us uncomfortable....if you have ever been here the suites sit above the lobby.....which was absolutely quiet. We were never excessively loud, being that the place was nearly empty the echo was the cause of her saying we were. I was absolutely appalled at how the clerk came to the door being I work a hotel front desk myself. I found her comments rude to the booking guest especially since it was made known they booked this suite for a birthday party. There were better ways to notify the guest to tone down without the rudeness. Everything else was great. We even left the suite to go to my room which was at the very end of the hall wasnt there 15 minutes before she knocked saying it was a noise complaint about the music which we only had up to like 6/7 in volume. Never did she go to a room which was doors down from me who had the tv blasting and the guests loud.

Dont advertise free breakfast if it has been discontinued!

Room was great definitely stay again.

Front desk is very rude impolite no car skills whatsoever. No tolieteries or toliet paper tissue box among others. Night clerk gave attitude like we were bothering her but yet talking to others like hey no problem. We will never stay there again.

Nothing.This was the worse of the worse.Rooms dirty stafg unfriendly trash in bags sittimg in parkimg lot.People working on vehicles in parking lot.Wall paper staples together.

Sink falling off wall in bathroom. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Overall dingy. Lied to about having a hot breakfast. Service very unfriendly.
