Lovely new hotel, staff accommodating and friendly, free coffee and tea and snacks in reception all the time was a nice bonus, located next to Central Station, so great location

The room was pristine and very comfortable! Staff were super helpful as well.

Hi wasn’t happy with service staff very rude and to 3 hours to give me room my wife was pregnant was uncomfortable sitting there for that long last Sunday i came I was very happy with one lady she was nice on 15th November unbelievable staff unprofessional

Amazing! Tv alittle dodgy at times, was really comfortable and an amazing hotel.

Room was nice but paid for a superior room on the top floor but got a room on the bottom floor as the rooms on higher floors were not ready

Lovely clean hotel but the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on! Never had much of a sleep plus a room next to us had a party that went on until the early hours ( not to.the fault of the hotel) Amazing location though and great staff ( let us check in early). Just the bed situation that would put me off returning but it is a budget option.
