There was no ac the bed’s were disappointing at Best But it was very spacious and having a kitchen was nice so I’ll give a 6/10

Great location & proximity to everywhere in Central London. Holborn station next door gets you to & from Heathrow in 58min on the Piccadilly Line and Central Line gets you into the City / Canary Wharf & West End. Walking distance to Covent Garden & if you are a walker - just 45min takes you to Hyde Park & Knightsbridge. Location = 5 stars. Interior a little dated, window in my room couldn’t close properly, room service once a week or at discretion (no exact day in the week given) but maintenance service was quick with shower hose replacement. Really good that they have a gym on premise for long-mid term guests. For a solo traveller the studio worked but maybe more comfortable to have a 1 bedroom. I stayed at Citadines in other countries who benefited from interior uplift - could do with that moving forward. Good stay overall for the price range & location.

Magdalena and Linda (the staff on reception during our stay) went out of there way to make our stay wonderful...This is my go to place in London as central, clean, comfortable and quiet (in particularly if you ask for a courtyard facing room).

People were so helpful and smiley, only challenge is the breakfast was a little average for the price. No gluten free options or dairy free options. Makes it impossible for some. Otherwise a great place

Great location and quiet for such a busy area in terms of street noise. However, other guests could be heard throughout the night. Room was not as clean as I would have expected. Tissues, etc were not re-filled in bathroom, hob was dirty in kitchen as was microwave. But the front-desk staff were helpful when asked.
