Extended Stay America Minneapolis - Airport - Eagan

Save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE. We came here because there was a kitchen and my boyfriend wanted to cook me dinner and we expected for the hotel to provide us with kitchenware and they literally gave me one spoon, one butter knife, one plate, one saucepan and that’s it. The ac was not working so we could barely breathe in the room. Never am I going to spend money on this place ever again. I suffered here.

The only thing good about the hotel was the great weekly rates and Jessica! She's a heart warming gem! Management sucks! housekeeping is okay when they can keep them .

Said, the front desk clerk, was extremely helpul and welcoming.

Homeless people would stand around the front of the building. Didn’t seem too safe. They didn’t have a cart to use to take your items up to your room.

It was ok not the best kept up place. Nice rooms and it had cooking area also.

Very nice front desk staff. Loved the stove an bed . Would for sure return. I love Minnesota.

The room was disgusting! There was a dirty used towel hanging in the shower when I arrived, food crumbs and spilt coffee on the kitchenette floor, and the room smelt of stale body odor. 5 out of the 7 lights did not work. It was just a gross experience.

It was in a nice location. The elevator wasn’t in the best condition.

One of the best extended stay in the USA which is a small group lol! Love the staff love the clean everything is. But amazing.

People are living there, loud all night. Rooms are run down and disgusting.
