Comfort Inn Joliet West I-80

Worst hotel stay on our trip east!! 1. Front desk gal showed no emotions or greetings. Also later informed her the so called "lemon water" across on stand from her smelled like "sewer water"! Glad we did'nt drink it! 2. Floors felt like walking on sand or something, not cleaned properly? 3. Problems with toilet almost overflowing, mold on each side of bathtub, overall bathroom pretty disgusting. 4. Upon checkout the fella there very delightful, but noticed "lemon water" still there!! Mentioned to him and he stated that was normal!!? 5. Will not stay at a "Comfort Inn" again. Following night was spent in Hamburg NY at a Comfort Inn and Suites. Soo much better!!

It was all about price and location.we are travefrm CT to Colorado and just needed a bed, shower and facilities. The hotel reaks of smoke. We are nn smokers and are sensitive. Upon entering our room, it was all we could smell. It was gross. I notified the front desk because i don't want them to think it was from us and charge a cleaning fee. No wayv is this a completely smoke free place

Pretty dated. Air conditioner was hard to control. Shower was weak and the floor of the shower was patched up and uneven. We have stayed at Comfort Inns previously and this did not live up to those experiences.

location good, right off of I-80. Room smelled like smoke though entire facility was smoke-free. Didn't complain b/c we pulled in late and just wanted to go to bed

Clean, close to interstate, close to good restaurants

Convenient locale off of I-80. Clean, quiet, and friendly.

Counter girl insisted in having my personal home address even after I requested not to provide it, room given was a handicapped room felt like a nursing home, bathroom smelled so badly of smoke it gave me a headache

Very convenient, clean, friendly staff. Still had packaged breakfast items and coffee since they couldn't serve breakfast due to virus.
