Courtyard Houston Sugar Land/Stafford

There was a hot tub advertised and they also had signs that alluded to a hot tub but when we asked they said there was no longer a hot tub at the property. No breakfast included as is standard in almost all hotels now. Mini fridge advertised but actually must be requested and is an extra charge that was not advertised. Had all these things been properly advertised we would have stayed in a different hotel.

Pillows were plentiful but flat. I booked at a rate that was supposed to be about 90 a night and was charged 110

Really nice room and friendly staff.

Reservation was messed had reserved 2 rooms they only showed 1 but the front desk fixed it and we had 2 rooms overall a very please at experience will stay there again when we are in Houston

Clean property, close to places to get food and go shopping. Friendly staff.

The walls are like sheets of paper. I could her the people above me running around and jumping. I could hear every conversation next to me or in the hall. There was a loud truck right in front of my window that cranked it exery 2 hrs revving the engine making it hard to sleep. The location was nice.

It’s a much older property. Our room was very strange & noticeably “not level”. Even inquired two separate times whether We were 💯 safe! Otherwise, ok

No working vents or heaters in bathroom, coffee in room was not restocked from previous guest, only decaffeinated in room.

The pillows are amazing and it’s a great place
