Very comfortable and relaxing stay , they hotel was clean and staff were very helpful .

Stay was good and comfortable . The location is very apt for tourist , the staff is very co-operative they go an extra step for courtasey and looking after . Some room for improvement is towards internet and cleaniness of crockery and cutlery

The staff at this property were excellent! Always checking in to make sure you were ok and if you needed anything.

Pros: 1) Room staff Ankit was very helpful keeping room clean. 2) Dinner at the restaurant was good but pricey. Food also came out very slow. Cons: 1) Bed is too soft with no structure. 2) Room had bugs. I got multiple bug bites on my face and feet when sleeping.

Warm service, handy reception. Great location. Thumb up for Sak and Chef Zubin.

The hotel makes you feel like King for the duration of your stay! The driver who was provided for my trip to Agra was top notch in every way, safe, courteous, and interesting. The tour guide provided for my visit in Jaipur, a professor, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and a delight. I would recommend the hotel without qualification.

Overall a very pleasing experience. However not a fan of their ‘mandatory’ gala dinner and the confusion due to it. Abhishek, the general manager, is a hands on guy, always talking to the guests and ensuring their well being. Hotel staff is courteous, well mannered and very caring. Location and facilities are top notch.
