Extended Stay America - Providence - Airport

Check in was delightful. There was a discrepancy with what was charged but it was taken care off. I even got an upgrade!

It’s was good but asked for a pillow that we never got

No bathroom door tv didn’t work and then put me in room that was occupied

Its very clean n it always smells really good. Some of the staff was rude rolled eyes when i asked for stuff but other then that it was a great stay n would stay here over any other hotel

This is my second stay at this extended stay and I love it here room is always Clean and spacious staff are pleasant and nice linen and towels are clean and there is no riffraff out side overall a pleasent stay and would definitely recommend this hotel

The room wasnt fully clean, needles and condoms around the place

We show up for check in at 5:30pm it took an hour to get checked in because your staff member had no clue what rooms were clean or dirty. She keep having to bring everyone back because there room was either dirty or there was someone still in it. Then i finally get up and im told the room i booked i cant get and i have to down grade. Worst hotel stay ever.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke trying to be masked or covered up. They were very accommodating with pushing the check out time out
