Extended Stay America Los Angeles - Long Beach Airport

Be aware that some of the rooms have carpet, and some of the rooms have faux hardwood floors. You can specify what type of room you want upon check-in. Also, sometimes the rooms smell like smoke so bring your own Fabreeze or air freshener.

The staff was friendly but it has more long term residences than you would expect. I HAD NO HOT WATER!!!!! Overall the place did not feel clean, I used my own towel and sleeping bag

I like the fact that they have the option of hardwood floors.

Front desk service is excellent. They allowed us to check in early. However our room had noodles left on the counter by the sink. The bed was not stable either. Other than that the stay was ok. I won’t be back again.

Smells. Bed was squeaky. Check in was long wait.

The outside looks newly renovated but once you go to your room...it’s scary! The pictures shown online are a total fabrication of your stay. I can’t believe I paid over $145 for one night at this property. Once I checked-in, I was greeted by Adam. He was fantastic! After walking into room 102, I noticed that the refrigerator was making an extremely loud noise, the carpeting was a total mess, there was hair all over the shower walls and in my towels. The remote had food stains on it and door edges needed smoothing and repainting. I took pics and video before walking back to the front desk to speak w/ Adam. He viewed them and apologized and said he would gladly move me and I agreed. I asked for handicapped accommodations for my daughter so he moved us to room 234. It was a tad bit better than 102 (so I thought) but not really. The kitchenette/countertop was missing strips, the microwave is old, the refrigerator was adjusted for a left handed person, the faucet water was sooooo hot, I scolded my hands washing them.The Hair all over the bathroom walls...just disgusting. The tub had no mat inside. We did NOT showr bc of it. I feel completely bamboozled &had by this trip. There were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot; I felt unsafe. I wish I had instituted a back up plan because this stay left a horrendous taste in my mouth that I won’t soon forget. I refused to stay there another night nor will I EVER stay @this property again! I am completely embarrassed and floored.

You always know what to expect with ESA. Love the full size refrigerator.

Convenient for travelers, is next door to the regional LB airport. Limited food option at walking distance, however is next to the HWY 405 and you easily connect to everywhere.
