The attendant was friendly and had a nice attitude!! The room are spacious and clean.

The hotel is pet friendly.

The property looked old but updated (like an apartment community). Comfortable pillows and bed. The staff was really great! It was not as convenient to run to the front desk or breakfast because it was in a completely different building.

Check-in was terrible!

The air conditioning was not working in the room I stayed in. The bed lining was not clean, I had to request wash towels to take a shower. The hallways in the building smelled like mildewed. I was not happy with my stay at this property. I will be contacting corporate for a refund.

Shower was crappy, they put us in a handicap room and we didnt need one. They never came to clean room or bring new towels and we were there 3 days

Overall did not enjoy this property. Wasn’t clean, some scary bugs in the hallways, poorly lit, no elevators to get to the second floor. Stairwells smelled very smoky. Rooms were decent, bed was too soft, not great for your back. Carpets were very dirty, our socks were black. Lots of road noise since close to the interstate. Breakfast bc of covid was weird, they would give you two options for you to pick and they’d bring it out to you but you couldn’t see the options beforehand. Location was good, hat creek restaurant next door had good playground for kids.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is great too.

very disappointed. The common areas were dirty. Looked like no one ever picked up or checked on anything. Because I stayed only 4 nights, they did not come to our room to clean or bring fresh towels. We had to request fresh towels( even though we used more than 1 time) and they were temporarily out and came to our room late in evening to deliver.The entire stay was disappointing. Certainly not Hyatt quality.
