Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Northwest

Very nice hotel for a very fair price and would recommend to anyone! Rooms are up to date and very clean. We were a little bummed that the pool was shut down but not surprised with the pandemic.

Stay was excellent, comfortable, very clean and nice shower.. but, in morning there was a group of ants on the bedroom counter bar area.. told desk to spray with insecticide to kill.

Seemed like a nice hotel. Front desk did have technical issues with producing room keys. So we never did get a single room key for our room. Front desk guy had to let us into our room every time which was annoying since he was busy at times on the phone and with other guests too.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room was cool and quiet!

Clean, comfortable. Restaurant was closed due to COVID as well as the Pool which was expected. Not many channel options for the kids. We were just passing through so it was a good stay for the night.

It was a beautiful comfortable and safe place to stay. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Comfy bed and linens. Super clean!

Wow, this place was fantastic. My husband booked us at another hotel that was absolutely disgusting. So this was a last minute booking and it was amazing! Super clean, everthing is modern and the staff was awesome. We have to be in the area again in 2 weeks and i will be booking here again.

So I only stayed for one night as I was only in town for a job interview. When I first got to the hotel, granted it was late ( after midnight) but the front door was locked and I couldn’t even get into the hotel. I rang the buzzer, called the lobby phone, even banged on the door and no dice. I ended up waiting outside the front door until the night auditor came from wherever he was pushing a trash can and cleaning supplies. I was irritated but I just wanted to go to sleep at that point. I left the hotel around 9:30 and once again, no front desk person to be found. I waited in the lobby, in their little store on the side before a person finally came out from whatever they were doing. But when she did come out she was just rude from the beginning. I understand you don’t want to be close to a stranger who could expose you to covid-19 but she yelled at me to stand behind the tape.. made it real awkward to try and hand her my room keys and debit card from 6 feet away and her behind a desk. The hotel itself and the rooms were pretty nice and the bed was super comfy but the customer service was seriously lacking..
