Extended Stay America Jackson - North

Dirty. Water didn’t work in bathroom sink, water running out of the tub faucet all night and wouldn’t turn off. Worst hotel room I ever stayed in.

Staff was nice & guidelines for covid_19 & pretty clean room& items for room was plenty towets didnt see breakfast but was fine

Nice quiet area wonderful room service

I came from out of town, so a comfortable room with a kitchen was a must. The staff (especially the front desk) was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, stocked, and the perfect size. Kitchen was very functional, all appliances were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeepers came by and ask if we needed anything. With the virus going on they had extra precautions in place including wearing gloves and masks, which i was very happy to see. I will definitely beback and to other friends and family.

This was the worst experience in my stay in Ms. The room was filthy. The sink was clogged up. There was people on the balcony cooking and people in the parking lot fixing cars

The customer service reps attitude was horrible and a bit racist! Should not be worried about outside matters other than doing their job.

Staff was super nice and friendly, room was pretty standard. We only stayed one night. For weary travelers, its a great get up and go kind of hotel.

Excellent Service and Stay

The hotel was very nice, however I didn’t like the fact that the front desk was not accessible to us upon arrival, for guest arriving late and especially when you’ve made preparations to arrive late. Secondly the hotel was very nice and helpful although he did give us no help when we called and reported the heat, he suggested thst we move at 4am in the morning!!!! It was cold and we where there for a family emergency so we were already uncomfortable!!!! It was definitely a head ache with no heat!!!! The bathroom was horrible, the toilet was filthy and the shower had to be cleaned, like run to dollar trees and get sum items to clean.... not to excited about this extenended stay

I like the friendly staff they went out of their way to accommodate my family and I we were evacuees from the flood. This could be a great hotel if it was remodeled it is in desperate need of a face lift like new doors that close all the way !bedroom furniture bathroom faucets and shower heads other than that we were comfortable
