The service was excellent, and thry were able to accommodate all of my requests for the room for a last minute reservation. I will definitely stay here again.

They need to train the staff on how to talked and present them selfs to a customer

check in time was at 3 but we got there at 4 so when we arrived our room wasn't even ready it wasn't even cleaned yet so the front desk had told us we had to wait at least 20 minutes so we decided to grab a bite to eat, after that we come back to find our room is still not ready 😡 we literally needed to wait by the elevator with all our stuff not to mention our drinks got warm under ice cream melted

Was very disappointed with the noises coming from children upstairs call three times and still at 1:00 am still jumping around. I booked another hotel for are second night in town.

The property seemed to be a good bargain for my business trip, when I arrived it was a "hot mess", I checked into my room to a burning smell coming from the air conditioning unit and the people above me and below me constantly stomping and yelling. When I called down to the front desk I was told the smell was from burnt popcorn. (with no further investigation)

Facility was clean. I wasn't happy about not getting replacement bath towels for the second day. Said they would bring them up, but never did. Also, room service only available once a week. Not bad if you're only staying 1-2 nights.

On the third floor, everynight after work, it reeked heavily of fish, its old, no amenities, it felt like a hostel in another country.

This place was pretty decent... Clean, quiet, easy parking, close to everything.

The staff was great, and very helpful every time I spoke with them. The hotel was well located near the Del Amo Mall and plenty of restaurants. Parking in front could be a little tight, but around back it was always available. The room itself was showing its age, the A/C was so noisy I was grateful that it was cool enough to turn it off and just leave the windows cracked for air. I requested a quiet room away from the main street and they delivered on that. The laundry was clean and priced similarly to other hotel laundries. No ice machine. All in all I was happy for the price, I liked the kitchen setup. I wouldn't call it luxurious, just a basic hotel room with a kitchenette added on.
