TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson

I cannot bring out enough how wonderful my stay was and still is at Towne Place, Dallas Plano/Richardson. I almost never write reviews, but I want to share how wonderful the hotel, rooms, and staff are. I have traveled the world extensively and can tell you the staff rates a 10 out of 10; I never said that before. The manager Patrick is not only highly professional, he is also a friendly, kind, and understanding person who will go all out to meet the needs of his guests. NEVER have I seen this type of total service. The rest of the staff is also top notch, friendly, and they make your stay perfect. The rooms are quite pretty, upbeat, very clean, and it really feels like home. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. I have no doubt, should you book this hotel, you will write the same type of review.

First time at a TownePlace Suites, a Residence Inn-style property but more compact, fine for one person but perhaps a bit cramped for two. New, clean, quiet, convenient. Comfy bed (Marriott is really becoming a leader in this), fluffy linens and towels, attractive furnishings and a really big screen TV with easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO-Go, YouTube, etc.

The room was clean though the air filters in the air conditioners were very dirty - I cleaned and sprayed them myself on arrival. The front desk staff was nice, friendly and helpful, I wished they had worn masks. I would stay again, convenient location, reasonable rates, up to date amenities including outdoor spaces to socially distance.
