The location was great. Loved the hotel’s amenities including the delicious restaurant on the 5th floor. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in Panama City again.

Top of the line hotel. Service was very helpful and friendly, room was lovely, big , clean and comfortable with multiple seating and a wonderful bed. Big bathroom with lovely bath and separate shower.

Food quality was excellent, but they need more variety on menu for lunch and dinner. Constantly smelled raw sewage in the hallway and in my room.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! DON´T STAY THERE! I can´t believe this hotel is so well rated on Expedia or even worse that the Leading Hotels of the World has this hotel among its members. We arrived and had to pay a fee for the early check in. Turns out that the room smelled like wastepipe, the front of the safe box fell on my hand when I tried to open it and we stayed for 2 hours after coming back from the beach with no hot water. And even though we called several times to the reception , there was no information on when it was coming back. The recepcionist even had the courage to say that we could go to the spa and shower there - that it would be a good experience - despite the fact that the spa was located in another building and we had to take all our things there just to shower. Terrible hotel! There are much better ones in Panama City and the location sucks too, there is nothing nice on walking distance, it´s better to stay in front of the ocean.
