The AC is so noisy that they needed to move us to a different lower grade room without any consolations for our discomfort not to mention the waiting time for us to be transferred

Great stay good food 9 out of 10

The check in process took forever & we were given no information about the property, amenities or surrounds. The room was basic with no compendium or restaurant info, no mini bar, the longlife milk supplied was off & no housekeeping. It was very clean however. The restaurant was difficult to access with the wheelchair lift tucked behind a luggage trolley. The service was terrible with unhappy staff & our order being messed up. The food however was good. Our room service was delivered to the wrong place which we only discovered after waiting an hour. The gym equipment was well thought out & the pool located in an exceptional spot. Overall I would describe the property as being fine for a business trip but not as the property advertises "family friendly".

Good location, very helpful staff who are obviously very well trained. Restaurants was great, with reasonable prices and the view of the water was lovely.

Good location near Elizabeth Quay

Rooms were average and extremely noisy. Pillows were way too soft. Boo booklet in the rooms so it was hard to know what you can and can’t do in Perth etc.

It was a fantastic Hotel with wonderful views of Langley park & Swan river. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The restaurant was nice as well with amazing food & drinks. Will love to come back again

The actual room was ok, clean, modern, good location etc.. the restaurant & food was disappointing.

Reasonably priced and great location. Facilities are great and I used the gym but it was a wet Winter’s day so didn’t get to use the pool. I also took up the service of one of the hotel’s free bikes to go for a bike ride around the river however the bike was in very poor condition and broke meaning I had to push it all the way back to the hotel. This was disappointing and I didn’t get much sympathy or empathy from the staff member at reception which was a shame.
