Loud noise was running for whole night

There is loud noise running whole night from my room. Called reception at midnight , but no one answering. Noise recorded in my phone as proof if needed. The service was not friendly at all. The is obvious difference between the staff service towards local Australian guests and Asian guests. Worst experience ever , will not recommend this hotel at all. Was not able to sleep for whole night …..

2 day stay for business.

I stayed for 2 days for business. The hotel offers basic amenities and service, but provides (in May) overall very good value for money. Very centrally located in Surfers Paradise with very easy access to shopping mall / supermarket. I stayed in a room facing the street which was slightly noisy (not enough to keep me awake)

Great spot, not sure it’s 4.5 stars.

Great staff, reception area, and bar.Room was dated and limited head room. Not enough towels and bathroom was a fail with weirdly combined shower bathtub, without enough room for both. Great view loved the wrap around.Tiny balcony.

I booked this hotel to have a holiday for my sisters birthday but was unable to join them due to personal reasons. I am writing their feedback based on their experience. The hotel was ok, convenient location to all amenities. They have a bad experience checking in as the staff was rude and unhelpful. It’s not nice to feel unwelcome on your birthday and was looking forward to a lovely holiday. After my sister got upset the staff gave them free breakfast and drink voucher to compensate with unwelcome rudeness. Please improve your customer service as we want to support tourism in Qld. We’ve all been through a lot. Please be kind and nice to your customers.

- request to be on same level as family was not fulfilled - staff were rude - nil amenities for breakfast in room - had to call to arrange to have room serviced rather than it being automatic - phone in room didn’t work when wanting to call reception - room smelled damp/of mould

Had to ask 3 times to get the towels changed in the room. Bar at the pool was only open 3 days out of 7 (Fri - Sun) and we weren't allowed to consume our own drinks on the days that it wasn't open, had to order from reception and it took 45 min for them to deliver it.
