Simply perfection.

Ojai Valley Inn was fantastic! It's its own little village in a super cool, hippie - mountain town! They have bikes available to use to ride into down to shop or dine, or you dont even need to leave the resort as they have everything you could ever need on site!

It was my first time at the ojai valley inn. The property is beautiful and my room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The service surprisingly was below par.. The concierge never got back to me on any of the things I wanted to do. Never once did I get a call or text like they said they would to get back to me. Another thing getting drinks or food at the pool was also a battle and everything shut down so early I had to rush to the pool before 3 both days or else it would be to late to order anything. The gift store same thing. Perhaps it was all covid related but that was a bit of a bummer for a 5-star property.

A relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings and superb staff. The restaurants are excellent.

It was only ok. Room service was mediocre at best and cold. We had to be moved as couple fighting in the room directly above. No need to be housed so close together when only 150 rooms booked on property. The room we were moved to had the previous occupants face masks in it - not so cool in these current times. Can’t say it was my best stay there.

The hotel did an amazing job in safety, physical distancing, and cleaning protocols. I was so impressed considering we went Labor Day weekend during COVID. The hotel was only booked at half capacity, they opened extra areas for guests that aren't normally open (to accommodate distancing), ALL staff wore masks, and new partitions were installed to provide extra safety. Staff at the pixie pool, where we spent most of our time, was incredible and so friendly. The food and drinks at the pool and the pub were great and kept my kids and husband super happy (variety and flavor were both great). The grounds and rooms are well kept and intricately decorated for awesome backgrounds to family photos! And the views are stunning at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here for family or couple getaways - as there are separate pool areas to accomodate families with children or adults only. We're really happy with everything about our visit and look forward to our next stay at the Inn.
