Hotel Viking

Amenities were limited Rooms were tired Bathroom was tired and dirty.

The stay was fine but I was really looking forward to using the pool but I was placed on a waiting list and never received a call. I would have appreciated like a free breakfast or a discount on my stay since they advertise it and I chose this hotel because the pool looked so appealing.

The hotel is beautiful but I was disappointed that so much of it has been modernized. I like the old, historic charm.

We like the Hotel Viking and I was appreciative that they upgraded me to a suite. That being said, there were many missteps. The water pressure was unsatisfactory, the heat fluctuated so badly we needed to contact maintenance. In the CV19 environment we were unable to use ANY of the amenities, but were charged the $30 resort fee, which I disputed. A lot of construction. And lastly, when delivering a bottle to the room, they left the door ajar (open). We want to stay there again, but they need to work on the little things.

Professional, clean, great stay. Would highly recommend.

Awesome, every time we stay there is never an issue. We went with friends to celebrate our 39th anniversary and could not have had a better time.

Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Both the check in and check out were very efficient. The staff was friendly and attentive, and ensured your needs, no matter how small, were met. This is our second stay at the Viking and would certainly come back again. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful hotel

I wish we had been warned about the exterior work to the hotel - we were disappointed when we pulled up. But other than that, we had a great stay. Excellent service and a very comfortable bed!
