Good Value overall

Good value overall. The air conditioning was really frustrating. Too warm or too cold. Thermostat was in living area not bedroom. Poor placement. Free Coffee service ended at 10. Was there for 9 nights. Housekeeping was irregular. Had to ask for services twice. Breakfast varied with scrambled eggs or breakfast burritos or little omelettes with various meats. Yogurt with fruit. I think coffee was weak though. Close to parks and walking/running paths and parks. Centrally located at the I25 and 225 intersection. About 20 minutes or less to downtown Denver

Great Staff . Bad Rooms .

We arrived at about 11pm & we’re very tired so didn’t really pay attention to the condition of the room until the morning . As soon as we arrived I had to request new sheets and blankets as the ones on our bed were stained. Waking up in the morning and going to the bathroom we noticed large cracks in the ceiling above the tub and the ceiling was caving by the shower head. Carpets were badly stained and more cracks and broken wall in the closet. The staff were extremely friendly and when I called to complain in the morning I was immediately offered a new room which was nice . Beds are very small for 2 people . Not very comfortable . Pillows are also uncomfortable . Bathroom is very small you have to basically stand in the tub to close the door or step behind the toilet . Hotel could use some updates . The lobby smells quite bad of cigarettes but the non smoking floor did not smell of cigarettes at all . Overall , I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. But again the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our overnight stay was a pleasurable experience overall. Tech area is always our go to place to stay when visiting Denver. Room was clean and comfy. Have to admit the late checkout (12noon) definately a plus+!!

Dirty

Our stay was supposed to be 1 night, we ended up staying another 2 nights. We paid thru hotels.com and we ended up with a charge from hotel for 182.82 We were also supposed to be charged 15.00 a day for credentials. We ended up being charged more and as of yet have not received our refund. On our last night there, I started to feel itchy. Early morning when the sun shines thru the window you can see how dirty the blankets and comforters are.

Hotel room smelt like bad body ordor. Counters and Fridge were dirty, looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Breakfast options were limited, everyone they were out of coffee.

The room was not real clean. The beds are pretty small. And the bathroom is so small you can’t even dress in there which makes it so inconvenient when you have multiple people in the room.
