Springhill Suites Marriott Quail Springs

We were very pleased overall. Absolutl\ely no complaints. It would be nice if all hotels were this nice.

Room was clean and as pictured. Issues with the bed pedestal being broken kept this room from being very comfortable. One side of the bed leaned horribly because of this broken pedestal. I didn't read anywhere before hand that breakfast was grab and go and it was pretty bad. Fruit cups were warm, muffins were packaged with oatmeal packets and yogurt cups rounding out the breakfast.Ok, it's covid, covid, covid stupid-I get it, but I wasn't expecting this level of poor care from such a great hotel chain. Cleaning and refreshing the room was an option and I was ok with this as I didn't relish any additional exposure to covid 19. But hey, they had a good rate for my stay!

This hotel is very nice. Nice area with walking distance to places to eat. Check in was nice. The guy was very informative and friendly. The room was awesome. It had a nice sitting area. Nice shower, comfortable bed. Wi fi not so good. Checkout was smooth. Definitely recommend

Amazing! Clean and quietly beautiful!

We stayed here because our power was out due to an ice storm and honestly, the comfort of the room (and noise level) was so bad that I should’ve saved our money and stayed home in the cold. At least I could’ve slept in my own bed. The room was dank and smelled like mold. A travelling bus was parked outside of our window and ran all night long. There was crying or screaming children In the halls until 11pm and that does include my own 3 year olds because they didn’t want to stay in a hotel. The “queen” size beds are slightly bigger than a twin. My husband and I could not share a bed. Thank goodness the couch was a pull out bed and thank goodness I booked 2 rooms to accommodate my mom. My oldest son ended up sleeping in her room so that the we could all fit. For reference: 2 adults, a 7 year old and 3 year old twins plus another adult in a second room. My 7 year old ended up in the 2nd room.

Was in the process of doing some important paperwork online. The staff here helped me by doing some scanning and emailing for me. No charge.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well managed.

The toilet overflowed at 4 in the morning. Went downstairs to let them know, was not offered a plunger or a new room. I had to ask for extra towels so we could soak up the water. Booked a room at a different hotel at 5:30 in the morning, due to the fact that we could not take a shower or use the toilet. There was left over mess underneath the sofa bed and you could feel every spring. Will never stay there again!

I have been here for 12 nights now, I was here for 6 and stayed for 6 more. I really like the rooms here and the staff, it’s nice and I feel like I’m at like my own apt or something. It’s nice to not feel like you’re away from your home.
