Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Tyvola Rd

It was okay. 3 Star. Comfortable beds but the room felt kind of dingy. Appreciate the complimentary breakfast, but they had one elevator running the entire time I was there which made check out time difficult. I was only there for 2 nights.

I showed up very early and not prepared for check-in. The desk attendant was very kind and was a huge help even though I was so disorganized. Thank you!

The hotel in its self , beautiful setting, very comfortable bed. But house keeping left alot to be desired. When I stepped off the elevator on the 2nd floor the smell of cigarettes was very strong radiating from the staff only room. My room was not as clean as I would have liked. The only coffee cup looked like the cover had been used serval times, no sugar, no stir sticks, all little things but it is the little things that matter.

Plenty of parking, quick check in, clean room. Absolutely recommend.

The hotel supposedly has breakfast included, but in reality it only has cereal and coffee. It is a misleading offer.

I had a pleasant stay.

We got in at 2:15 and check in is at 3. The not so polite man at the desk said if we wanted to check in early it was $25. If the room is ready and empty why would you charge me $25 to put my stuff in there 45 minutes early? If they don't want us to check in early say "your room is not ready" but shaking you down for $25 is ridiculous! It set the tone for the way we were treated. I will not go back to ANY Hyatt Place

The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. Very friendly, polite and accommodating. We had a couple of requests when checking in as we were traveling with two small children and he address everything immediately.

The check-in service was awesome. The room was not clean. The bathroom toilet was covered with hair from previous guest. The bed had hair from a previous guest tangled in the sheets. This was very disappointing especially during the pandemic. Thank God I now travel with my own sheets.
