Quest on Lonsdale

We had a really nice visit to Quest on Lonsdale. Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Tv didn’t work with the remote and the toilet seat was broken.

We had to change room s in the middle of the night due to a broken shower, annoying with children, but the communication was good. I was surprised at the standard of the cleanliness I expected better for the price.

the light in the living room would not turn off and the room deposit pending on my card has still not been made available to me, it is 8 days later right now!! Bit frustrated by this

Very good location and service. The building was a little tired in parts.

They said I will get the deposit within 3-5 banking days but after 8days, I still didn’t received yet.

Location was great - close to theatres which was the reason for the trip. Property and rooms fairly dated, but clean enough. Not a bad place, just nothing exceptional about it. Very poor check-in experience which probably coloured my experience from the start.

It was easy to get transport, only 100 metres from train and trams. very close to theatres and eating spots. Room was clean and modern. my only complaints were the view was not good, and the rooms did not have climate control buttons. the staff were helpful and friendly.

Good n connvienent location ...Close to subway, theatre n food centre in particular the beautiful China town.
