Towneplace Suites By Marriott Seattle Southcenter

My husband and I just had all of our luggage and wallets stolen we made reservations and we had to wait for our daughter to bring us copiesof our ID'S and my husband asked to use the restroom, the gentleman said of course. My husband wasn't in there less than 2 minutes and he said that we were not welcome to stay at the hotel. Mind you we called ahead and let him know our situation and he had no problem with us waiting for our daughter. He made a comment about sleeping in the parking lot and it didn't down on me until I seen two men asleep in a truck out front but when I went to say something he told me if I didn't leave he was calling the cops. If I hadn't booked with Hotels.com I would have lost what money we had. People need to be a little more alert of what is happening around them and make sure they don't accuse the wrong people, because that is how you lose business in times like these. We have been traveling since November and not one time have we ever been treated like garage.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed was okay, a little firm for my taste. Bummer to have to pay for parking though.

Hand sanitizer at the front desk, comfortable room and quiet.

Everything good. Front desk people friendly and helpful. Toilets were abnormally short but great stay.

Very friendly staff and comfortable. Wifi was poor though

This is actually an extended stay hotel. Nothing in ad or booking stated that. Very old and in need of remodel. Curtains dirty, walls dirty, no paper or plastic cups for drinking, only glass in cupboard. Furniture dirty. Hotels should not have cloth furniture, only leather, plastic, vinyl that can be wiped down between customers. Will not stay or recommend this place.

Made a last min reservation for a staycation for my Birthday today and was amazed at this place!!!! Soooo awesome for the price and the amenities are beyond anything comparable with any of the other “extended stay” / “apartment style” hotels! This place has everything even dishes available in the room... you can borrow any kitchen items needed like BBQ, rice makers, blenders, etc FREE OF CHARGE!!! The breakfast is amazing and beat of all it’s super clean safe and comfortable!!! I’m so happy with our stay I’m scheduled to speak with the sales managers to check out prices for a month+ stay when we’re gonna be between apartments in a few months instead of staying with family as originally planned. I will definitely be coming back to stay soon!!!

This hotel is probably in my top 5 places to stay. This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. The staff I friendly, the rooms are clean and it has an over all good feel about it. But what I love the most is the bed. The pillows are perfect and the bedding is fresh and clean. The price range is perfect. I’ve stayed in other hotels that charge similar rates but are horrible.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was great!

This is an excellent place to stay! I have a home located about 10 minutes from this property, but needed a place to stay while I worked. I will continue to come back!
