Family Fun Holiday - Great Weekend

Staff were excellent from check in through to the end of our stay. Kids had a ball and we will be back for sure!

Have stayed here many times but not in the last 5 years. Was upgraded to a premium however room was a bit tired looking in comparison to previous stays. I know they are in the process of a refurb and the garden wing has been completed so I would book these in future. That said always love staying at SeaWorld for the nostalgia factor.

The room was disappointing, dated, tv was terrible and outdated, bathroom had bad smell to it. Outside of the room the facilities were good, the breakfast buffet and lobby meals were great, the pool and facilities including the waterfall cafe were great family fun, take a gas mask to the games room, disgusting. Access to seaworld is a great asset and was great for us to come and go throughout our stay. 6.5/10 for us.

SeaWorld is still SeaWorld. Staff were good and the room was clean, a little noisy but it is a family hotel so that does with the territory. It is showing it’s age a little and the food options were TERRIBLE! Ok, b’fast was ok, typical buffet - watch out though hands are everywhere touching the food and not a mask in sight! Not told the main restaurant was closed during the week so menu options were severely limited and mainly deep fried! Not good SeaWorld. 5 starters with 4 deep fried. The fish for the (once again deep fried) fish and chips was frozen, with a fish co-op 500m down the road! One dessert option, the list goes on - terrible Oh, and no towels at the pool, they blamed CoVid, I guess you can blame CoVid for anything if you try hard enough. I’ve stayed before but maybe this is the last time.

Have no illusions, this resort is a complete money grab. The "premium" rooms are bare basic. The walls paper thin. Be prepared to listen to your neighbours conversations. Don't think about good sleep either. Noise level throughout the whole complex is extrem. Dining options are plenty but extremely overpriced. Service is slow, food quality mediocre. Expect a 30min wait for breakfast tables as well, in a basic and overpriced buffet style. Oh, don't dream of anything coming for free in the hotel either. All services are charged for, of course. Late check-out is available at extra charges. Parking in the hotel isn't sufficient either, there's a real battle for parking spots going on. Overall, I would not recommend this property. The proximity to the SeaWorld park is a positive but it doesn't make up for the poor hotel experience and the sky-high prices.

Staff were rude and not friendly, if you drive they make you work and walk from sea world. They also charge you $5 every time you order room service. The hotel is so run down, you are better off staying else where, where you will get a refurb property and way better staff

Room and facilities were great. Water play area fantastic. Food at Melrose restaurant was awful. Spaghetti Bolognese came from a can? Staff so lovely. Check in, check out and concierge top notch. Room service fast. Buffet breakfast fairly good. Would stay again. Thank you all.
