You guys should spent more money in forniture Everything is tiny

We stayed during Laura evacuation, with many more family members. The only good thing about this place was we were able to have cookouts and kids enjoy the pool. There was no service at all, no cleaning, one time towels and if asked for more they didn’t have any. Didn’t pick of the trash and it piled up. Needs a lot of improvement. And everything needs to be updated and everything needs maintenance.

Need a lot of updates and maintenance work.

Won’t be coming back here again. Tv in room not working which was no big deal, Pool dirty, which again didn’t really mind, but they charged my debit card 3 times the amount and I’ve only got credit back for one. Now I’m having a hard time reaching them.

You get what you pay for, so spend that extra $100 or 2. Pool is crap and amenities are completely run down.

HORRIBLE!!! First, I get in a FILTHY room. After dark, if you need anything do not count on them to answer the phone or door at the front desk. I ended going out and getting my own sheets because ours were dirty. Food left on the table. I check out and about 10 mins after I leave I get a call that I'm being charged for smoking in the room. I went back and someone put ashes on the floor. But the girl who charged me couldn't tell me how it made sense that there were ashes but it didn't smell like cigarettes. If you have an issue, the manager hides in the office and has the employees say she's not there. The front desk girl slipped and let that one out. All this mess they put us through and charges when all I wanted to do was spend some family time with my husband and kids during his final days. They have no heart what so ever!!!! Sounds like they have a monthly quota to meet...

The pool was great! The main pool at least, the two baby pools on the end were filthy and had a roach in one. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while! We were sent to our room, walked in and the sofa bed was open and had no sheets, the bedroom had two full beds and there were sheets crumpled on the floor and thrown across the beds. It hadn't been cleaned from the last visit I'm thinking, which is terrifying considering COVID. We were sent to another room which was ok at first glance but after we unpacked we wanted to watch a little TV, no luck. There were no cable boxes. We were moved a third time, we were so tired we just dealt with it. And the guy that was working was so nice and apologetic, we didn't make a stink. In our final room the sofa bed was broken, there was a hole in the metal frame at the corner so the mattress fell through. Smh we just put our smallest kid there so we could get some sleep, he didn't reach the bottom anyway, but come on. Again, the main pool was great though, we had 7 hours of fun and social distancing was enforced. There were only about 10 people allowed in the pool area, 8 to swim, and we all stayed in our own corners. It was that big.

I come here at least twice a month.. Perfect getaway..

The rooms are recently remodeled but the housekeeping staff needs to be revamped. While the sheets on the bed were clean, nothing else really was. The bathroom wasnt very clean, the ceiling fans had about 6-8 months of dust on them, the blinds were dull of dust and dust bunnies, which was really nasty. I clean vacation rental homes and I also know what i want to see when I'm staying ina rented place such as a hotel or vacation rental and this was definitely not it. The toilet was also clogged and after many unfilled requests for a plunger, I took care of cleaning it out myself.

Completely unprofessional fraudsters in management. Booked and checked in with Orbitz. Manager had us thrown out for being too noisy when even the police said they hadn't heard any noise when they arrived. Management kept changing story about why we were removed after the fact. Claiming everything from smoking in the room (didn't happen), to making noise, to knocking on random doors (why in the world would we?) It's pretty clear they just wanted us out to re-rent the room since I had paid for days in advance. To rub salt into the wound, Management also charged the room to my credit card despite prepaying through Orbitz. They also discharged the deposit amount TWICE charging hundreds of dollars of fraudulent charges. Manager was very abrupt and hung up when I confronted her on the fraudulent charges. Refused to communicate with me further and will not return calls. I am having to take this fraud up with Citibank. Beware this place is run by crooks. Now, beside all that, the desk clerk didn't really know how to do his job. Had to go back twice for keys. Drums could be heard early in the morning from an adjacent property, and staff was banging around in Room 118 the day we were there, themselves making more noise than we ever did, the furniture was heavily worn and the television did not work.
