Hotwl was very clean, front clerk was polite and check in was fast less than 2min. Only concern was room smell. Strong old smell to room.

I love how quiet it is i can actually get some sleep! Only problem for me would be NO ONE WEARING MASKS in this place staff and guests

I really enjoyed NOT waking up to housekeeping knocking and yelling at every door

Our experience was great. Friendly staff,quick check-in was great too.

Too loud. People were allowed in the pool area past 12:30am. Music was loud, people were intoxicated, etc.

Even though it was close to midnight, the clerk was very energetic and welcoming. The room was very clean and the maid did an excellent job. On departure I mentioned that the chest of drawers wasn’t level. The manager/clerk made an extra effort to write down the issue to relay to the maintenance people. My room was on the backside and it was very quiet.

Was greeted very warmly when we arrived and even got a phone call after we got our our room to make sure everything was to our liking. Very impressed.

I chose this hotel because it was the only one in the area advertised as PET Free meaning no animals allowed on the premises. In the owner book pet free it means that the pets are certified (got their shots). In the COVID 19 pandemic and the area is one of the hottest spots in the US you would think that the people will take putting masks and disinfecting common areas seriously, that is not shared buy the managers or the rowdy customers. The mask-less guy in the breakfast room breathing and coughing on every thing he could reach considered himself holy. There were no disinfectants or hand sanitizers made available to the guests or in the common areas. The air conditioning units are the loudest noisiest units ever. Will wake you up even if you put your off, because you will hear the nearby rooms units kicking on and off. hotels.com might want to or should give customers the chance to cancel without penalty reservations where the hotel made false claims or is not up to the minimum level of comfort. There was a party going on in a nearby room that lasted till after midnight for a couple of days and heated discussion that you could hear from a family in the room with a shared wall. neither the walls nor the ceiling are sound proof God help you if the person above you could not get to sleep and started passing the room for hours.

Hard to find at first. We were even using a Garmin! A little map and/or good directions on your web site would have helped a lot! We had to phone them for directions and then still stop in to two places and ask! Loved the free breakfast!
