Needs to be cleaned better. 2 small roaches in bathroom. Rusted door frame. Patched a whole above shower.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The website advertises breakfast with a picture of waffles. There was no hot breakfast . Only a refrigerator with apples and pastry. Coffee was available. The cups used were so flimsy when I attempted to put the top on the entire cup collapsed spilling coffee everywhere so I had to clean it up. Also, the person on duty in the morning was a person of few words. She would answer you in one word responses. I travel quite a bit. This was my first stay at a Quality Inn.

Stay in a lot of hotels for work. You will be pleased. Clean, comfortable, solid hotel.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful, which set a nice tone to our stay. Lobby was nice, rooms a tad outdated but bed was very comfortable!

Someone had trimmed some trees and left a trailer full of trimmings on the property for quite sometime the leaves were turning brown. Other than that the place was nice and the staff was nice. We are planning to stay there again in the future.

Upon entering the lobby we noticed that it smelled very musty as if AC filters haven't been changed in years. We got to our room and dropped off our stuff and got ready for dinner. The hair dryer didn't work. My husband went to call the office and the phone in the room didn't work. He went down to the office and the girl said maintenance would be right up to fix it. We waited 45 minutes then finally had to leave to meet people for dinner. On our way out we inquired about when the maintenance person would show. She said "oh he already left for the day". When I asked why she didn't say that in the first place she just shrugged her shoulders at me. We went to dinner, and when we got back a couple hours later our room was warm and wet. The AC was not working. No hair dryer, phone or AC, I went down to check out and want my money back. The girl with the attitude walked into another room to call the manager. She came back and said we could check out but they would not refund our money as we had been there for more than 2 hours. Infuriated, they moved us to another room at 11:00 pm. The other room was musty and the toilet flapper leaked water, so we had to listen to the toilet re-fill all night. The next moring we checked out. The gentleman at the desk asked me about my stay. I ran down all the issues and he said "ok thanks come back and see us." Seriously?! DO NOT STAY HERE!
