Comfortable and quiet, nice staff.

very clean and staff was kind. The breakfast provided had a selection of prepackaged food items (due to current Covid) which made it feel safe.

We had a genuine greeting by the nice lady at the front desk, she was very nice to my 3 kids and interacted with them as she was getting the paperwork set for me to sign. I asked her what beaches she would recommend visiting and talked me through a few nearby and gave me directions on how to get there. That was very sweet of her. I wish I knew her name, I would definitely give her a shout out. She was wonderful! I hope they know who this lady is if they read this review and let her know about this review. The continental breakfast was cute and simple and absolutely grateful for. One of my kids needed a gluten free breakfast and what is nice about this location is it is very close to store. Walmart and Grocery Outlet was nearby. Which I was very happy about because It was an easy access to getting a few items for my son who needed a special diet. Kids and I had a 2 queen size bed room. It was very spacious which I loved because I had a 6 year old son who needs play space for his toy cars. The room itself was well kept, organized and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very soft just as it should be. The desk was a plus for us because my kids had homework and the desk was long enough for them to put their laptop and books. The office chair was comfortable. The staff did a great job of making the rooms very comfortable for their guests. My kids loved everything about this hotel and they would love to come here again if we are in town. I agree!

Very comfortable!! Worth the stay, absolutely loved the cleanliness! That is a MUST for me. Place was kept neat in the hallways and it didn't have that nasty carpet smell anywhere. My family really enjoyed the stay. This is definitely my place to stay next time I’m in the bay! Thank you, Comfort Inn!

This was a perfect place for my kids and I to stay on our road trip up the coast.

Right off the bat the lady at the front desk read rude. When we walked into our room, there was a pair of red shorts that were not ours on the floor. Then, there was some weird animal fat looking grease all over the coffee maker, lamp, and everything next to the coffee maker. The power went out, so we had to leave. When we came back, we took showers and my son got water all over the floor. When I asked what happened, he said the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. And I realized the bent curtain rod was turned down, and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. The AC unit was also broken which meant my husband was up every 2 hours or so to turn it back on even though we had it set to 65 degrees. When I asked to speak to a manager, the rude front desk lady said she had just left and asked why I didn’t request a different room as if it were OUR fault the stay was horrible. I will NEVER stay at another comfort inn or any affiliate.

Power died as I eneter to check out but the front desk lady was very helping and friendly. Despite the power outage. Rooms were very spacious and clean. A/C was very cold. Location is a huge plus very convenient. Close to the beautiful beach. Room service was a plus! Overall enjoy our lovely stay here. Will definitely be staying back longer!!
