Comfort Inn Port Hope

Everything was excellent!

Our room had a broken air conditioning unit so a portable was brought in, did not keep the room cool. There was also a dead fly under one of the pillows. Won’t stay there again.

Picked this hotel over others at similar price bexause advertises beeakfast included and offered NOTHING.

Good quality/price. Due to CoVid no breakfast just coffee and a granola bar.

the hall and rooms smell smoke of cigarettes even though it is non-smoking rooms. There is no free breakfast

Have stayed at several comfort inns. This one disappointed. Bed mattress was in poor shape. It caved in the centre. Decor was dated. Needed some refurbishment. We were charged full rate even though breakfast buffet was closed due to Covid. Will not stay here again.

Property is very old and not clean, so bad that I left the next day

Should have listened to the other reviews. This place is a dump. It’s dirty, smells, bad mattresses, warm with a/c cranked, no ice. The one person working the desk was not helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is by far the worse.

Requested ground floor room,In advance not granted. Got third floor room, in refrigerator a left over pizza, not appealing. Aside from that not bad considering the circumstances.
