Quality Inn & Suites

Well i stayed here because this is where my company puts us up. The halls smelled of Marijuana. I booked a room with a shower/Tub Combination but because i had a registered service dog was put in a room with shower only. Didnt think it was worth going back to the desk and dealing with attitude was good idea, so i didnt say anything, but saying it now.

The Lobby is nice and updated. The rooms need a little cosmetic lift. The carpets are extremely stained and dirty. I was not comfortable with walking with out shoes or socks. The beds are great but again the carpet and walls really need a face lift. The other hotels in the are from the outside all look run down but this one looked the best compared to the others.

Hotel is falling apart. Upgrades needed everywhere. Lobby is the nicest part of the entire building.

On a cross country trip - nap and shower, basically. Worst place of the entire trip. 40 minutes to check in at midnight due to a shift change, despite having a reservation. Lobby full of angry customers. First room reeked of cigarettes. Back to front desk where i was told that was impossible as smoking wasn't permitted. EYE ROLL. Staff and guests were either not wearing face masks correctly or at all. New room was FILTHY and with long ignored repair needs. Disgusting. Used an entire bottle of hand sanitizer washing everything down. I wouldn’t walk barefoot in the room. Loud, unruly guests. Signage in bathroom warning about a $250 fee if you shower with the bathroom door open and set off the smoke detector. The smoke detector went off anyway. Pass this place by. It's not worth the $5-$10 price difference from other locations.

The hotel was in need of repair all of it. The carpet everywhere was stained and dirty. My refrigerator didn't work and no one replaced it. They don't clean the rooms daily. Worse time in life to not clean the rooms daily!!!!

Overall not too bad. The carpet had stains, the walls are thin, and I would not go out after dark. No breakfast due to COVID-19 not even a sack breakfast.

It was clean, decent for a night stay or a weekend stay nun longer than that.

Terrible experience, front desk was rude, so many people In the lobby without mask not 6 feet apart. Room was dirty, would like a refund we walked out immediately didn’t use anything in the room other then the sink. Would like a refund.

The people next door was fighting all night and it took until 6am and they were outside before the police came
