Comfort Suites UCF/Research Park

The beds are hard. I wish the juice bar worked. I wish the pool was opened earlier and later at night. The shower curtain didn’t work good the bathroom floor was wet. But everything else was good.

Overall a good hotel. The only real complaint we have, is with the outlet plugs on the lamps. They’re huge and the block would slip right out so we’d have to use the outlets on the wall which meant unplugging the lamp and making it a hassle at night with lighting. Other than that, the hotel was nice. For breakfast they have grab and go bags you get at the check in desk and they give Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches which were great! 24/7 access to free juice and coffee in the lobby was also a nice option.

Nice front desk. The room was ok. The lighting was only by lamps so it is hard to tell the condition of the room. The bathroom needs to be freshened up. There are cracks, need of caulking, damaged bathroom door, picture with water damage on the wall... The location was very convenient for our needs, but we probably won’t come back. We’ll probably try another hotel nearby.

Awesome service! Clean and comfortable place to stay. No breakfast because of pandemic but I understand. Very accommodating staff.

I was unfortunately put in a handicapped room, so the toilet was a bit lower, but it worked

Pretty decent hotel and got a good rate due to pandemic. There were no services due to that, no pool or no breakfast. I left my trash in hall as I was told to do, but no one ever took it. I ended up bringing down myself. Something was wrong with one of the beds, as it sat lower then the other bed and was much harder. My daughter and I ended up having to share a bed because neither of us could sleep in it. Other then this, it was pretty decent and clean.

Jose at front desk is extremely courteous and professional. Very attentive to all guests needs. Only issue is lack of good water pressure in shower. Not terrible but not great
