Comfort Inn

This Comfort Inn was under construction. The timing is good. My bed was soft and comfortable but the shower dripped constantly, air conditioning unit belt was busy, frig was noisy, wall paper was peeling and there was mold on the ceiling, carpet was...gross ,( worn and dingy). I felt that I overpaid. Maybe the remodel will provide the needed polish and shine I would expect

Check in was great. What was disappointed was the room, lamp shade was broken, could not watch TV because the reception was terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The front desk attendent was wonderful, she was able to upgrade us to a whirlpool room, which we loved but the walk from the elevator to our room was unpleasant.. The hallway reeked of POT/WEED. The pool was fair, the filtration system wasn't on, so there was sediment floating in the pool.

We had paid for a room with a jetted tub. Tge price had reflected thar as well. We got a handicapped room. The towel rack was falling off tge wall. There are stains on the carpet and the ceiling has small black spots. There was hair in the sink tgat wasnt ours. The shower head hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I waited at check in and nobody cane to the desk for 5 minutes. I finally said hello and someone said ill be there in a minute. The hotel is under a remodel but nithing was noted when we booked. The gentleman who did check me in was friendly. The pool was open but also had hair all floating in it. The non smoking room disnt smell but the entire hall smelled like smoke. The entire hall was non smoking. We have stayed here before and never had the room look this bad.

The hotel itself was fine, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the room which I had booked through hotels.com, which was very disappointing. The lady at the counter was nice but they were unable to give me the room, that had I originally booked, due to them already being full.

STAFF WAS FINE. WE WERE PROMISED A DIFFERENT TYPE OF ROOM THAN WE WERE GIVEN. THEY GAVE US A HANDICAPPED ROOM INSTEAD OF JET TUB ROOM!

The room we had specifically booked they changed us out of because they didn’t think we wanted it. Due to COVID-19 we knew there’s going to be no breakfast, however we were told they were going to be muffins set out for the guests. When we walked out in the morning there were no muffins they decided not to do it. Very old and outdated hotel room. The cleaning lady entered our room without knocking prior to entering and my husband was just getting dressed from being in the shower!

Handicapped room all the way at end of hallway. Bed was comfortable, internet and satellite reception were spotty and there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, spots in room were dusty. Limited staff on call - only front desk people. Didn't inform us until checking that breakfast not available except a few takeout muffins, no pool and no fitness center available. Front desk helpful with replenishing anything needed like shampoo etc.

The hotel is under renovation, which is okay but they started hammering and drilling in the room above ours sometime between 7-7:30 which we were a bit upset about as it’s a Saturday morning. The room smelled musty when we got here. The mini fridge we went to put drinks in, hardly cold at all. The room itself looked clean. Reserved a room with a tub, this room only has a stand up shower. The woman at the desk when we checked in was very friendly.

Very clean. But internet and TV very frustrating!!! Especially during trying times of Covid19.
