Quality Inn & Suites

Very clean, noisy dogs in rm 2 doors down. Barked whole time owners were gone. Toilet had a nonstop flushing thing going on and faucet in tub dripped. I did tell front desk as I checked out. Wasting water, not bothered by drip, but noisy toilet was annoying. Bed was very comfortable!

The WiFi didn’t work the whole time. The cable tv went out when it rained at night. None of the ice machines were in working order. The air wasn’t working in one of the rooms..I had two..Due to covid, the pool was closed and there was no breakfast, However the price didn’t come down Lol But the rooms were clean as well as the sheets and blankets. The bathroom was nice and clean and the staff on check-in was polite

Overall it was good. A minor issue was that the ice machine did not work. A more important issue is that the in-room coffee pot was stuck to the burner and it was filthy, inside and out.

No Free breakfast due to Covid19 restrictions BUT no reduction in room price

Book the wrong hotel didn’t realize quality inn switched to the comfort inn which I stayed before and was not impressed with the volume of noise mentioned to the front desk staff when I checked in was not very pleasant to me as I work in the hotel environment and was shocked at the service sorry I am not booking with this chain anymore and I am a frequent traveler

Customer was excellent, but room was badly in need of repair (e.g. broken door to bathroom, rattling fan, improperly sealed window). Building also needs to be updated re automatic front door, enhanced security re keycards, sealed windows, etc. I miss the former location, will from now be staying at the Comfort Inn when I am opting for this price point for an overnight stay.

It was ok, not great. Staff was friendly but hotel had an oder of mildew throughout the halls. Room was clean but worn. Door looked like it had been kicked in, in was curved and the wood was chipped and broke around the lock. It wont get added to my favorite places to stay but it did the job.

Was very disappointed to arrive at the Quality Inn to find it has changed hands and was relocated to another area of the city. We booked this property because of its location and the availability of an elevator for our physical challenges. The NEW Quality Inn property is okay but NOT the same standard we are used to. We have stayed at the original property many times and we will now shop for new accommodations.

Front desk host was very nice. She got us right into our room. My only issue was the shower pressure was very much lacking and was not hot. Everything else was great.

Great breakfast! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Clean room and bathroom!
