Overbooked and not allowed to stay

After paying for the trip and getting a confirmation number, we went to check in and were told to come back in an hour maybe two so the rest of the rooms could be cleaned. After about an hour we called and they told us they had been overbooked and we would not have a room afterall. Hotels.com could not get ahold of anyone at the hotel at that time either and we had to find another place to stay. I have still not recieved a refund for the stay that I was not allowed to have.

Was just ok. Served its purpose

Needed to stay somewhere for a night since water and power had been out. Front desk gentlemen was horrible. Rude to clients that called, had an attitude, muttered under his breath. Very unprofessional. I understand it had been a trying several days, he probably got a lot of crap. Room was ok, did have a little bit of odor but overall, served its purpose of allowing me to shower and sleep in warmth

They were excellent for us to come and stay they made us as comfortable as they could we went through the Texas winner a snow freeze shut down everything there for three nights they were absolutely wonderful they saved us

The place was clean at a decent price. I will probably visit again. It was also surprisingly quiet.

I was disappointed water stains on the ceiling with paint chipping I just expected more with the reviews I seen. And no full breakfast like it stated on the web site. I don’t believe I will be staying there or recommending in the future.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. My room had mold, a hole in the wall, severe water damage, and the bed was filthy. It was so disgusting that I left and stayed at another hotel. The lady at the front desk promised me a refund and the staff later accused me of lying about the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

Floor in lobby was sticky. Sheets on bed were put on inside out on top of a mattress that had significant stains.

disrespectful and rude.

First of all I was on a business call and the housekeeper and other personnel were vacuuming and talking so loud as if yelling. I went and asked the cleaning lady that we were on a business call and if she could refrain from vacuuming for just a minute. She completely ignored me and continued vacuuming and in addition another office personnel joined and raised their voices louder.
