Quality Inn North Vernon near Hwy 50

I notified the front desk of our delayed for checkout and the old man at the front desk still came to our room and yelled at my wife that it was 11:00 am and we had to leave. The rudest staff with the worst excuse for a breakfast I ever experienced in more than 40 years of traveling. Don’t stay here unless you enjoy being screamed at and insulted.

It's convenient and close to a lot of food choices.

Beds were cozy...good location with ny plans for tge weekend

Manager called room at 11:05 to yell at us to get out. We were literally walking out the door and came back in to answer his call and he was VERY rude. Manager came and banged in the door at 9AM saying "housekeeping!!". I looked out the hole and he didn't even have a cart, he was just waking everybody up. Rude and INHOSPITABLE!!! Room was good, breakfast was good.

I called Friday evening (Oct 25th) to advise the staff that we would not arrive until after midnight. The lady came across as if she wasn't really interested but she would let the staff know as she was leaving for the evening. I asked if she would like my name! The gentleman who was on duty when we arrived (approx 1AM Oct 26th) and when we departed (6AM Oct 27th) was very kind and courteous. However the man who was on duty (9-10AM) Oct 26th) was a grump and obviously didn't want to be there. He was not customer friendly at all! The hotel and room was clean and comfortable, and located in a good location for a wedding we attended at the "Barn."

Staff was friendly but hotel could use some updating and cleaning.

All was fine; clean, quiet, efficient. Folks were nice, pleasant.

The room and rates were great except the bathroom was tiny. Personel were wonderful,very helpful. The breakfast was ok but sausage gravy tasted off. Maybe the milk was outdated? Overall Iwas very pleased. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was terrable ,eggs were burnt and when asked them to put more out ther answer when these are gone, but i wasnt eating burnt green eggs..The sausage was something ive never tasted before but not pork or turkey..I asked for a hard cooy reciet and they said they couldnt give one because i booked in line..Ive stayed at a 100 hotels and no matter how i paid id get a receipt so i can show my company were the money went..Now to my in convenience i have to print one of computer...They charged $115 per room and i booked two rooms..Ther the only hotel in the small town of north vernon Indiana and i feel they take advantage of that and price gowge people...I would never stay ther again under any circumstances and ive always had a good experience at quality inn but this was a complete let down and i dont ever post things like this but this one was so bad i felt corporate quality should know as long as people who were put in this place

It was an ok stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. But it was a very basic hotel. Roof and a bed, that’s about it.
