Receptionist was okay. Booked 2 rooms but one of them were used and asked to change to different room. Shower tub was plugged water was not draining in tub and hand wash faucet. Could not adjust the hot & cold water. It was very hot all the time or decent warm water with very low pressure and it was very hard to shower. Pictures they show did not match the ones we got.

It’s ok I was expecting to check in 1 pm but room wasn’t ready asked me to come 3pm I stayed in car roam around city came back to check in 3:30 pm when reached in room wasn’t ready so house keeper opened other ready room for me to sit there she was nice and helpful but then after more time around 4 pm I got my room also breakfast Was included but I went for breakfast find out one dogie bag with sweat apple bun one sweet yogurt and canned fruit sweet/ and I cannot eat sugar added you can call this snacks but not breakfast that’s totally not expectable. AC was very noisy

Wash room dirty , toilet wàs rocking. Not bolted to floor. Air conditioners running like a jet , did not sleep all night, feel like stay at ariport runway. Do not recommend to any one

Ok place, Little out of the way, And in need of some TLC

It was very clean and comfortable bed. Great wifi and very quiet. Will be staying there again in September

It’s a nice hotel to stay. The breakfast is grab n go due to the covid, not a problem but the problem is it’s not enough for my teenage children with only a danish and a small apple juice, so we have to go out to buy another breakfast.

This is our first time having such an unprofessional unclenly and down right ignorant experience at a hotel booked thru Expedia.. upon arrival at The Comfort inn located at 75 Progress Drive Orillia,Ontario We had originally just walked in and were told by Lisa at the front desk that there were absolutly NO AVAILABLE rooms at that time. We went out to our car in the parking lot and proceeded to the expedia mobile app. In approximately 7 minutes we were successfully able to book and pay for an available room, infact we were able to pick from a list of 6 available rooms at that time.

Took 3 different room to get one that was clean and acceptable. Included breakfast was a bag including a muffin, apple juice, fruit cup which was disappointing. Main floor rooms with walk outs are obviously requested by smokers as rooms smell of smoke
