Baymont by Wyndham Rome West

AC didn’t work. Very dirty. Stains all over carpet and on walls. Shower curtain broke. Worse $99/night hotel ever stayed in. Dump

Filthy walls and carpet. No AC

10/10 across the board. We came for Rome River Jam, and sadly Saturday night was canceled, but that didn't stop us from having a good time. We decided to throw our own party in the parking lot. We were only asked to turn it down a little once, which we were more than happy to do. The staff was so great and friendly the whole weekend. We will be coming back again! This hotel is disgusting! I dont know who is giving this place good reviews because this was probably the worst hotel I have ever been in. The entire place smelled like weed, there were bugs in the room, stains on the floor and bed and what looked like dried bodily fluids on the chair. We checked out immediately after we saw the room. The guy at the front desk was nice and did not seem suprised that we were leaving. Still awaiting my refund that he said he processed.

Nurse staying for a night between shifts, no hot water in my shower to wash off a long day in the ICU. Black marks on the sheets and nasty carpet stains.

So it advertised at the swimming pool was open it was not open the place was dirty and smelled it had a hot tub in the bathtub or in the bedroom but only one jet was working I told management and she said OK thanks for telling me they didn’t do anything about it it was in a terrible neighborhood there’s homeless people outside I would not recommend this place

Nice, polite, friendly staff. Clean room. Bed was ok.

It was dirty we had the room for 2 days and after about 30min we tried to cancel the second night and was refused to cancel from the hotel management . So we had to leave the filth was just to overwhelming roaches and trash everywhere .

Mold and mildew room and a/c. Mold running up curtains above a/c. Tried another room on the same floor and then another on a different floor that was on another HVAC. All the same. Found out later hotel was recently bought by Baymont and it was under renovations. Lobby was clean but rooms were a disaster. My son and I started coughing and sneezing almost immediately and throat got scratchy. HAD to leave. Front desk guy couldn’t not have been more apologetic and helpful in trying to find another room there and ultimately very professional when I requested to leave with a full refund.
