Comfort Inn Thetford Mines

This is during Covid-19 so we were a little nervous. The room was very clean. Their WIFI was down. There was hand sanitizer at the lobby but none in the rooms or hallways. On a positive note they prepared a great breakfast in a bag that included juice, coffee, muffins, fresh fruit, fruit cup and a yogurt. It was very appreciated.

Clean and staff went beyond. Included breakfast was ok, however all was pre-prepared and a bit dry. Overall good experience.

I did't like having to walk all the way to the opposite end of the hotel to get to the stairs, then all the way back to the other end to get to my room.

This is a perfectly acceptable basic motel. The included breakfast is a nice perk although pretty basic as you would expect. An exercise room would be a nice addition.

The property was great. It was very clean and well maintained

We liked the location and hotel. Bad experience at Front desk during check in, new employee was working alone and he had to call someone to get help and it half an hour to finish the check in process. Keys were given without setting room codes. Front desk person himself was very pleasant and helpful but not trained properly.

Well located, clean, breakfast not stellar but sufficient, staff friendly and helpful. Water pressure is high so showers and toilets are quite loud. Faucet on bathroom sink knows no moderation. It either runs hot or it runs cold. Almost impossible to get a lukewarm setting. If you are travelling heavy be aware that this two story hotel does not have an elevator.

Good experience. Signs to find the hotel which are welcome after a long drive. Good location.
