Everything was great. Room and facility was clean and I felt safe.

There was supposed to be grab and go breakfast and both days we stayed they were out all they had to offer was coffee and blueberry muffins

Very disappointed. Upon checking in everything was fine! Or that’s what it seemed to be. Later that night as getting ready for bed, found hairs all in the bed sheets, a burn stain on the covers, and what looked like blood stains. Extra sheets and covers for pull out bed had a dead spider in the bag, air conditioner was not working. We had to be given a new room in the middle of the morning the day of check out. Upon giving the new room noticed that this room had a phone in the room and the previous room didn’t! Not the one to complain but my stay was horrible! Debating on staying here again. The renovations are nice, but don’t let them fool you!

The king suites only have walk in shower and the door would not stay shut. When I cleaned up the floors the towels were filthy. Not something you want to see during a pandemic.

Honestly lived it very quite at hotel

Check in staff member was so very nice . Next morning staff was not . Was not engaged at all. Not very attentive at all . Property lacking. It was clean but curtain torn in my room and had total of 3 lights that did not work at all. Missing blow dryer and had to go get one from front desk . Will not stay again .

This was an AWESOME hotel stay! Check-in was quick. The front desk staff was courteous. The room was CLEAN! Actually, the entire hotel was clean. The staff wore masks. They didn't offer full housekeeping services every day, it seems. My bed wasn't changed or made on the second day of my stay. All in all, it was a great experience.

Great Hotel and Awesome area. Everything you need is walking distance away. Only complaint was it got really loud at night as some kids were arguing with each other on the inside balcony down to the lobby area. Front desk did intervene but they kept at again later. Room was awesome.
