There was a lack of towels but everything else was on point

They had no towels and when I went down to ask for some they told me that they didn't have any as they were still doing laundry...Huh it was the next morning from checking in

Would not recommend. Rooms were not clean and had a weird odor.

Staff was ok but the rooms had damage on the walls, the walls were patched but no painted. The bedsheets and blankets were all ripped one them had mulitple large holes in them.

This is an old hotel. I’m ok with that as long as I feel clean and safe. The towels, sheets, carpet and furniture all very worn and stained. First impression was a smoked filled hallway And yellow stained comforter. We stayed 2 of 3 nights and finally left after seeing cockroaches in the hall outside our room. We left and the desk attendant, very nice women, Gave a card with her managers name and said we couldn’t get a refund because we didn’t give 24 hr notice. We didn’t care about the $$ Moved to the Doubletree for the 3rd night, For only $3 more per night.

Felt old and dingy. Sheets were worn and stained. Pillows were old. Didn’t feel comfortable overall. Don’t recommend.

Sandra is the most professional, hospitable and kind person. I’ll stay at her hotel many more times.

Room next to me partied all night. People knocking on my window. Shower broken.

Well i booked a room online and paid with my debit card for 2 nights from 6/21 - 6/23 on 6/22 i had left for the day and my gf had left also. When she arrived back to the room about. 6:50 pm and realized all of our belongings were gone and 2 other people were claiming that was there room also. I however did not get a chance to see the 2 individuals as i was not back yet. I had just bought a bunch of clothes and new stuff and now all of its gone and i couldnt get an answer or much less helpful assistance from the front desk. What do i do now. Where do i go from here.
