Quality Inn Columbia

In small defense of my review, Nashville had a Christmas day bomb that the property said affected them.... I would pass on this property at all costs. Complete lack of upkeep, very old filthy carpets, towel may have been used at jiffy lube. Phone did not work, even to call desk but look at the filth . No shower curtain, toilet ultra low and kept running. We got there late, or would have bailed. The one across town in murphreesboro is top notch. If you must stay in Columbia. Sleep in your car.

The staff was very nice, they remembered me when I checked out and made it very easy. I was leaving earlier than when they put breakfast out but they made sure to offer me some for the road before I left. The room did have some ink stains on the carpeting, the dresser had a part broken off of it, but no bed bugs, very clean bedding.

Tim was the highlight of our stay! He made us feel right at home momma and I all the way from Illinois to visit the Feek and Hunt family!

I have stayed here before but it seems with each trip the condition of the rooms gets worse. It could have been much cleaner. One morning my husband and I had one towel to share between us. The tiles on the bathroom floor are broken, there are are spots on the ceilings, the paint is chipped and worn. When I tried to call because they didn't leave me any coffee, the phone didn't work. We were unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. There are cigarette butts all over because of no ashtrays outside for people to use.

Started at check in with incorrect room. I reserved queen rn w 2 queen beds and witha small dog. And I am in a wheelchair, and cannot climb stairs. Manager did kept asking if i can do stairs. I told them i need ed 2 beds as well. He had a room and we decided ok but when we got to the 2nd room it only had 1bd. Also in that 2nd room the fridge hadsm brown spots on the door

I have stayed here before and remember it being much cleaner. The floors in the bathroom were not very clean.

Right off the highway next to some fast food places, and a gas station. Easy check in and Everything was clean in the room

Not a place for those with physical limitations. There are no elevators, and the stairs steps are short and difficult to negotiate. The toilets are very low to the ground and there is no bar to pull yourself up. No bar in the shower either. On a positive note, the rooms are nice, very clean, and the staff very friendly.
