Comfort Suites Keeneland

Our stay had everything that was needed for the short visit. The only problem I had was the unpleasant smell of the room. It wasn't noticeable to anyone else. My husband had a problem finding someone to check him out. He waited about 5-10 minutes and even used the phone provided.

Excellent except on last day niether wake up call came through so we were late checking out but they were nice about it. Other than that it was an excellent experience

The only problem we had was with check out. It was about 10am and there was no one at the front desk. No one answered call. The area was completely deserted. There were others waiting to check out too. After over 15 minutes, a member of housekeeping staff, Kathy, came onto the firdst floor from elevator. I told her our problem. She could not get a response from anyone. She took down our information (4 families) so we would be able to leave. It took over 30 minutes overall to leave.

This day was good the receptionist named Bree at the front desk was very friendly

Comfortable and clean room. Kind and courteous staff.

I. Room coffee Pot didn’t t work but they had coffee in lobby which was nice. Room was roomy and clean with tile floors. The only negative was we were on the parking lot side that had a bright security light and only curtain was a thin white curtain so it was daylight all night they need a way to close heavier curtain or darker outer curtain at least on parking lot side.

Manager had no mask and didn't abide by Covid precautions. First night cigarette smoke came pouring in our room of this non-smoking hotel. Towels were dirty. Breakfast rolls and bread were in a keeper qith fruit flies. This place is horrible. You can find much better in the same area for a couple bucks more. It is well worth a bit more money to avoid this place. We left after the first night of a 4 night stay. They would not refund any of our money.

The property was fantastic. Very clean, super nice rooms and beautiful bathrooms - I was not expecting that for the lower price so it was a nice surprise. My only complaint is that I stayed there for 6 days and they (even after two requests) only cleaned our room once - IN 6 DAYS! We didn’t have towels or shampoo to use and when we told front desk the next morning they said they’d have that done and when we got back in the evening... not done.

We actually arrived early and the guy still let us check in which was great!!!!! Good customer service 👍
