Staff was very nice, clean for what it was, condition of the room was bad. Toilet seat was all worn and chipped as were walls and baseboards. It was lean but felt nasty because of the conditions.

Friendly helpful concierge. Grateful for such easy check in and clean accommodations after being in the road two days.

Bed was completely broken and at a slant. Room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled awfully like cigarettes. AC was broken and made a very loud rumbling sound all night like it was going to fall off the wall. During check in, a fireman came to check on a smoke alarm that was going off that another guest had complained about... front desk told us it wasn’t a fire alarm, it was an alarm clock. There was NO fire alarm even installed in that room. Bathroom had hard water stains all over the floor coming from the toilet. There was black gunky stuff all behind the toilet that literally looked like a creature was growing back there. I still don’t know what it was. The table was broken also We attempted to ask for a refund or partial refund bc of the condition of the room and were told there is no general manager and the owner lives in California??? Will be escalating this issue to get our money back. I’ve stayed in many 2 star hotels as a quick overnight when there’s nothing else, and I have never ever had an issue before. This place was completely awful and needs some definite deep cleaning and remodeling. It was literally falling apart. Even our door was broken

This hotel was under construction and their was no warning on their website that it was under construction. The room was horrible and looked like a dump to me. The upper walls had the decorative stripping ripped off, the bathroom paint toward the bottom of the wall had paint missing, the upper portion of the shower curtain had dark stains on it, like mold, the floor in front of the bed had a huge stain and the chair next to the bed had a stain on it, the bed was horrible way too hard. Pools were closed they said because of COVID but, across the street had theirs open and no breakfast. They took away things I paid for and it wasn’t worth the money I paid for the room. I would like a refund because I could have stained somewhere cheaper if I wasn’t going to have a clean room, a soft bed, breakfast and a pool.

The hotel still needs updating for the type of chain they managed I would have expected more!

No hot breakfast or pool AS ADVERTISED, due to C-19 BS. I want a price reduction. The woman who checked us in was EXTREMELY unprofessional and then rude. She took my Credit Card and LEFT THE LOBBY. I spoke up and told her to bring my card back, I didn't want it out of my sight. She came back and said, "I'm not doing anything with your card!" in a rude tone. This is unacceptable, she should be fired. During the coffee hour in the morning, they had no staff attending the coffee, juice & protein bars so everything was gone. No bars, no creamer, only decaf coffee. My wife went and asked someone to help and was greeted with another rude comment and a snail-like response. The establishment has been recently updated and presented well upfront. The room was clean but a disaster in 2 respects: (1) Right inside the front door we were greeted with a corner bead on the wall that had been hit VERY HARD by someone and knocked loose in several places. Someone had pretended to do a repair that was obviously done by a blind person with no talent whatsoever. It was a JOKE to leave newly renovated room in this condition. (2) The towels bars (2 of them) had been removed from the walls and the holes not repaired nor the walls painted where the mounting brackets had been removed. VERY TACKY as well as stupid; how would an extended-stay user have been able to lay out their towels to dry? The expertise of maintenance and the lack of management involvement in this facility is staggering.

The rooms are not too pleasing. I think they are doing construction or redoing the rooms. The room I stayed in had paint peeling off the walls, the bathroom had holes in the ceiling and the towards the bottom of the floor.

I loved that it had a gym, though i did not had time to use it. Did not like the fact of not having a hot breakfast even though cold food was served? Which didnt make sense cause people still would have touched the cold as much as the hot. I loved the 2 native woman that assisted me friday. They made me feel welcomed and were humorous.

Hotels are using COVID scare to reduce amenities and increase costs. No Ice in Ice machines, but Vending machines work. Not maids in Room, but no less Cost. No hot breakfast, but no less cost. But Hotels are full because people are wanting to get out. The response to being forced to stay at home will go away. Bummer for everybody, including the hotels themselves. Long term there will be more expensive hotels with less amenities. In the long run this will be bad for everybody. But the future downturn will happen over time and people will wonder why. Well this is why.....

We left 30 minutes later!!! Pictures online not real!! Place smelled rooms severely outdated!!!
